Basically, ‘The Natural Chic’ gathered a few Vitamin E capsules and cut the very top of each capsule off, about four capsules and squeezed such unto her face; thus massaging this oil all over her face. After 30 minutes to 1 hour ‘The Natural Chic’ will take a warm wet towel and gently wipe her face off. You should try it. It is a rich,exuberant, quick, affordable, and a healthy facial. The Vitamin E capsules can be found at your local pharmacy or Wal-Mart. Spring Valley is a great brand.
